I parked downtown Minneapolis the other day. Cost for 1 and 1/2 hours $14.00. When I entered, a machine gave me a ticket. I parked the car. Signs said take the ticket with you. When I came back I took the ticket from my pocket and put it in a machine. Then I entered a credit card to pay. I walked to my car and drove it out. Before I left the garage another machine took my card and a gate opened. There were not any people working at the ramp at all , as far as in my previous Ramp parking experiences.
