It's surprising how little people I've told about the issue seem to care. They must not think it's real---maybe they haven't done thorough research (or any at all).

Many of the people I've told will only be finishing all of their school and training around 2015.

Brandon remember that 98% of the people are ignorant. I am being generous when I say that.

Because you are not ignorant it is hard to understand why these others simply don`t wake up.

There are a lot of reasons for that. Old fashioned huckerism is one. The religious people have a huge stake in keeping people ignorant.
They need the traditional approach , as it keeps people under their influence.

Many of these people don`t actually know what they are doing.
It is not a conspiracy in that sense.
Just brainwashed believers in various belief systems.

Most of these systems are a betrayal of the human spirit.

These opinion/belief systems are for the benefit of the power possessors. People that pull the various financial strings that they make people dance around on.

Keep trying to tell people Brandon. You will get through to some. Those could make a difference in a positive way.

I plan on going to further school but I also plan to use the resources to start a business, which I'm already trying to do.
dukestartupchallenge.org
smarthome.duke.edu (possible team)
The Duke entrepreneur; Duke gives a grant for starting a business
I already make some money from Google AdSense and secondlife.com and my relatives have a pretty much self-sufficient 100 acre farm for the worst (they've had it for over 100 years).
I plan to eventually get to the Harvard area by some means, even if it's just living by there, especially since Harvard and MIT are making many of the technologies relevant to this blog.

I didn't apply to Harvard for college; I did early decision to Duke, which is the #5 school in the nation on average. Harvard also has open enrollment programs. MIT is supposedly more open to commercial opportunities.

I guess the goal should be to be a "corporate executive concentrating massive amounts of wealth" so a new civilization or something can be funded (see Marshall Brain's Australia Project).

Technocracy was researched at Columbia.

You do not have to work within the system Brandon. Put it this way you will have to make money to survive. Don`t do what someone like Kurzwiel is doing. He is not using his position to wake people up. He is using it to obviously put people to sleep.
This is not a good time for that strategy.

Alternative energy is an interesting thing to get into now. There are many other things also.

You can be creative and make money , and promote Technocracy all at the same time. You just don`t want to lose track of what the price system really is.
Ray seems like either he is unconscious in that regard, or doesn`t care. Is he really so smart then.? I wonder. I do not see any disclaimers about his financial bullshit system.
If we end up heading for the hills, ala your farm, then society is in deep shit. With a transition to a technate all those issues are non issues.
